Iphone won't detect charger?

I just replaced the screen on my iPhone 4s and now it won't detect any charger. I took it apart again and check the dock connector, the battery and dock plug in, and took the whole speaker assembly out, looked it over, and reinstalled it. Don't know what else could be the problem, any advice? I've tried restarting and rebooting the phone, still nothing.

Well Apple won't bother doing anything with it since they will find tampering and just send it back to you. But you replaced the screen probably either because your phone is out of warranty and you have no AppleCare+ and didn't want to pay the $199. Looks like you screwed yourself into buying a whole new phone.

  • Redsn0w can't detect iPhone? Trying to jailbreak my iPhone 4 (ios 6.0.1) and redsn0w just can't detect my phone what so ever. I've tried it in DFU mode (iTunes detected that it was in recovery mode but still nothing from redsn0w) and not in DFU mode and it still won't pick anything up. It's redsn0w 0.9.15b3, any advice please? D
  • My iPhone won't detect home Wi-Fi? My iphone only detects my home Wi-Fi when its right next to the router! If i move 5m away or into another room, BAM. Goes back to 3G. This is really annoying. I have tried to forget the network and reset all network settings. They don't solve the problem. Any suggestions or information would help greatly.
