Is 16GB memory enough for an iPhone 5s?
I know, iOS 7 uses about 2-3, but is the remaining 13 enough? I want to have about a 100 songs, no movies. Maybe 50 average size apps, including games (not console size, but average games). How much data and cache will be used by these apps? Can the device slow down due to low memory?
16 is more than enough, for example I've got about 300 songs on my phone with a movie and about 20 apps and i still have about 10 gigs left
Yes of course your device will be slow, if its storage is low. I'm using iPhone 4 with 16GB storage, and it's enough for me. But dude if you are spending hundred of dollars on iPhone 5s then you must spend some more dollars to get 32GB storage. Because if you are compromising on little storage for saving few dollars then you are spoiling the real fun of iPhone 5s. Normally a good game takes 200MB on my phone like subway surfers, if you are a person with full of life, then you must have enough memory. Otherwise 16GB is enough for you.
16 gb is plenty then but if your going to keep downloading apps and music then your going to need more but i would just get the 16gb then, i have a 32gb and i have 10gb worth of songs and over 100 apps and 100s or pictures and 20 movies
It matters if it is enough for you, not it.
Of course we can't tell if it would be or not since you probably don't know the combination of apps you plan to install yet. Also the amount of cache used would depend on the app. Some use all they would as it starts, others accumulate overtime.

- Just traded my iphone 4 16gb for ps vita 3G with 8gb memory card? I also threw in 4 ps3 games 1 xbox 360 game a pc game and an ipod touch 2g 8gb which is uselesd but Is that a good thing? Who got the better end of the deal?

I would hold about 300 songs or more? for games, i'd have maybe 20 or more if i could find some good ones. for pictures, i take a lot of pictures, but i'd end up putting the majority of them on my facebook so it wouldn't really matter if i had to delete them on my phone. for videos, i wouldn't take a lot of videos, but if i did they'd go on facebook, so it wouldn't really matter. is the 16gb enough?
