Is buying an iPhone from ebay safe?
Hello I'm thinking of buying an iPhone from ebay because they are cheaper online but I'm really sceptical about this. How can i be sure if the product is okay? Has anyone from you ever bought something from ebay which is used but good? Please tell me everything i should know so i can buy a good quality iPhone from ebay without problems.
As in everything else you buy on ebay, it's important to find a reliable seller who will stand behind their products. Look for satisfied customers. If a seller has multiple complaints, that could be a red flag. One negative in 2500 sales usually is nothing to worry about, but if someone has 25 complaints against them in 1000, that's a seller I avoid unless I can't find what I want elsewhere.
Contact the seller and ask if there are any problems.
Save the response, if there are any problems with the iPhone once received just forward the response to eBay and they will deal with the situation for you.
