Is iphone 3gs good for 15 years old boy in rs 8000?

RS 8k is way too much for an iPhone 3GS. And no, it won't play the latest games properly as it is outdated and it's GPU can't handle new games.
I had it last year and it kept breaking. I bought it from new and it kept breaking. It does take good pictures but when you zoom it blur es and you can't see it. When you take a picture in the mirror its really dark and doesn't work. The games are really good though and you can download every app that you get on a iphone 5.
