Is iphone 6s really worth to buy?

I'm a smartphone geek and use smartphones a lot to a extent that I charge my phone 3 times a day. I'm using iphone 4s 16gb, 16 gb is not even enough for me. Within 2-4 months i full it up. And i'm planning to buy a smartphone. I prefer nexus phone but my friends suggestions are iPhone. Iphone is too expensive as the base model is not enough for me. I'm a great fan of Apple and now I started to like android a lot especially i can download huge files and stuffs i also upgraded my internet plan. There's a easy of downloading movies and watching directly on android, which is not possible on ios. I'm very much confused. I watch a lot of movies and tv show.
Nexus phone is much cheaper and have more storage than iphone.
Suggestions needed?

The biggest advantage to Nexus is the 5x, 6, and 6p can be used with Google Fi.
I think it you have anything iPhone 4 or Galaxy S3 or older you might find the $300 to $2000 for a new smartphone worthwhile just for the increased battery life.
I use a Oneplus One and it is good for the money, I'm trying a Nexus 6p to try Google Fi since wife is taking a trip out or North America and Cricket doesn't have roaming outside north America
A lot of people fine iOs easier to use.
If you are not planning to try Google Fi you might like a phone with a SD Micro card and removable battery if you can find one.

If you are really an iphone fan, then better go for iPhone 5S as it comparatively cheaper and you get all the benefits of an IOS in it.
