Is is it a problem if I factory reset my Unlocked iphone?
I had an iphone 4 unlocked on a Metro PCS store so it could work for that carrier problem is I want to factory reset it and I don't know if that is going to lock it or not. The lady at the store said maybe it won't be a problem but she didn't sound too sure and she was the one who unlocked it to begin with.
Depends on the method used to unlock it.
- Will the MAC address of my iPhone reset if I reset my iPhone to its factory settings over iTunes? I have jailbroken my device and used terminal to change my MAC address so that I could connect to school's Wi-Fi. But when I wanted to change it to its initial number, I typed in a wrong value and it just messed up my Wi-Fi, I can't connect to Wi-Fi anymore. Wonder if resetting to factory settings would help…
- Will an unlocked iphone 4S work for tmobile if it isn't factory unlocked? I want to get an iPhone 4S and my friend has the iPhone 4 unlocked but i'm worried that if i get it non-factory unlocked it won't work. My uncle tried to do it a couple of months ago and apple said that if it was factory unlocked every time the phone shut off or died it would reset. I was just wondering if the same thing would happen if it wasn't factory unlocked? So if I get it unlocked everytime it will shut off it will reset? That is what i'm worried about.

- If I restore/reset iphone 6s will sim card info be removed with factory reset? Got this iphone and I know someone who wants to buy it off me, should i leave the sim card? Will erased if i factory reset the phone?
