Is it possible for another age of inventions like the industrial revolution? Why?

Between 1850 and 1950 we have seen trains, airplanes, light bulbs, electronics, people going to space. Will we ever have another time period like this with so many revolutionary inventions or will we remain in our current trend of having one decent invention every 10 or 20 years and an upgrade like the next iPhone every 3 or 4 years

There are constant improvements on the thinks we use everyday. It's just that things started to slow down. The change is gradual. As for new inventions, why not!

The only other inventions that could come close to the same significance would be light speed space travel, cars that run on salt water (fresh water can't be wasted as fuel) or teleportation
