So if the phone was lost or stolen, you are not getting into it to claim it as your own.
If you bought the phone, you bought it from a scammer, especially if after buying the phone, you can no longer get a hold of the seller.
ICloud Lock is an anti-theft feature, it is impossible to bypass it. The only "bypass" is replacing the logic board which is essentially the same as buying a new phone, just putting a new phone in an older chassis. It would be a pointless feature if any random person could bypass it
