Added (1). so i really need a new phone and please don't tell me there are other phones i know there are i just like the software and i want something easy that i already know how to use. I have an iPhone 4 that is 4 years old, the camera stopped working, its really slow and apps always quit on me. I've started saving up for a iPhone 5s but it is taking a Really long time. Also if its not completely free I'm out because i do not want my credit card online anywhere (already made that mistake)

You can't. There's no way to get a free iPhone 5s. You do know that there are trusted websites online right? Secured websites don't save credit card into. How do you think people online shop all of the time? Lol you just have to make sure it's secured, or go to a phone store/electronics store and buy one directly from there. If you are buying it without a contract it'll be over $400 anywhere, so if you have an upgrade available, which you probably do because you said you have had the 4 for 4 years, you will get it cheaper. Anywhere from $99+ depending on how many GB you want. You can't get it for free though.
