Is it worth it to get an iPhone 4?

I'm trying to talk my dad into letting me get a cell phone if I work for my relatives to get money. Recently, I was looking at the AT&T website at which phones I might like, and I came across the iPhone 4 and it was only 0.99! I did look at the monthly and one-time activation fee as well. So for those who have experienced an iPhone, is this a good phone? Does it last a while?

My boyfriend has got the iPhone 4 and he swers by it, seriously I think he loves that thing more than me! It must have a decent battery too cause he is constantly playing games while we r out and never puts it down. Bloody thing. I think the only problem iPhones have is that you have to download your music and stuff through itunes but other than that it seems to have everything! Hence why ill be getting the iPhone 5, why not wait a few week and get iPhone 5? X

There are free and cheap phones out there that are better then the iPhone 4 and 4s.AT&T I would recommend the galaxy S2 if your worried about how much things cost. If your not worried I would get the Galaxy S3 or Galaxy Note 2. Or as the last person suggest the iPhone 5.

What phone is better? It depends on what you want and look for in a phone. If you want a phone that obviously makes phone calls, you do a little text messaging, a little but of Web browsing, no watching videos on Netflix or YouTube, want a decent camera, and a simple phone. Then get the iPhone 4 or IPhone 5.

Apple is very restrictive with their phones. If you want to play music you have to have iTunes. Also with iTunes you will more and likely have to rebuy the music you want. With an Android phone you can play anything that is on your media player on your computer. Also with the Android phones they are more customizable. All are good phones but prefer the Android over Apple. Android Also have better specs with speed. Please do your research in each phone that was mentioned on here and figure out what fits best for you. Also go to the store and see what you feel fits Better in your hand. The Galaxy Note 2 will not hit the stores till around October 21st. Hope this helped you out.
