Is playing on an iPhone harmful?

I'm a 16 year old female, and i have an iPhone 4S. I don't talk on the phone much, and if I do I usually use speaker. But I text and play apps and stuff all the time, like hours every day (I know it's bad). Are there any harmful effects from texting/playing on my phone all the time? I also keep it in my pocket a lot, cuz i don't know where else to put it, is this bad as well? I'm kinda worried about it. :/

Iphones are meant to be played with like that. I'm no expert but you should be fine

Its ok. But you should know that its a phone? Not a gaming device. Although its a smartphone but still. Its a phone.
After you play make sure you and your iphone take a rest as well. Also when playing obviously it depletes your battery fast. Make sure you fully deplete your battery once every two weeks then let it charge to full not using it while charging. Because using it while charging and charging when its not depleted reduces the battery life of the battery. Thats why make sure to deplete and charge it full every month or so. And for you storing? Its kinda bad because its an iPhone and your a female and you just keep it in your pocket. If you think your ok. Just keep the "Find my iPhone" app on. So you can always see where is your iPhone if something does happen to it.
