Is putting music on my iphone 5 bad for it?

This might be a silly question but I'm being serious. My old iphone 4 that I was using as my ipod finally quit working. My phone is a 16GB and I'm not really huge on games or all the apps. So i'm sure I could fit at least 2,000 songs on my phone then and have enough capacity. But is a lot of songs bad for it? Will it slow it down or anything? This will save me over $100 as I won't have to buy an ipod now

Bad for it? No. Do it. You're fine. That's why they put the music app/player on it. Save the $100 for iTunes gift cards/credit or the extra lightning cables you'll need like me. Best luck.

No. That's fine.
