16GB is adequate. Problem is, Best Buy will not be losing money over this.
You'll be tied into a 2 year contract which would more than cover the cost of the phone.

Sounds great

Yes it is a good deal.

Great loss so no best buy

Here is a decent example of what 16 would hold http://www.justtext.com/messageboards/20151218130539.html?y1215 Personally I think 16 is enough but it depends what you plan on doing.

You need to reread the fine print. The iPhone is $1 + a monthly fee hidden as part of your 2 year required contract. You also will be charged sales tax on the full retail price of the iPhone and not on $1. (That should tell you something about your real cost as taxes are ONLY required to be paid on the actual cost!) Ask the "sales" person how much it is going to cost before you can walk out the door with the iPhone and you'll see!

As far as 16 GB being adequate? It depends on what you use it for. I have 8GB on my older iPhone, but still have an empty 5 GB, as I don't load it down with videos and lots of pictures/music. My wife is constantly removing and replacing things on her 32 GB iPhone and 64 GB iPad as she fills them up and when she wants to do something different, has to "make room".

Those are the facts. Now it's up to you to decide what you want to do with them.

  • Which model of iPhone 4s 16GB better, A1387 or A1431? I'm planning to buy iphone 4s 16GB, but I can't decide between these two models. A1387 (international version) and A1431 (China only GSM) models. Both of them are original certified models of Apple. But in terms of quality I'm not sure which is better. Specs for both are identical, I will be using it on GSM/WCDMA networks( 2G and 3G), not CDMA.So your advice and opinions are appreciated.
  • When getting a replacement iPhone do apple give you the same model or a newer model? I have an iPhone 5 and on Tuesday I'm getting a replacement because of the battery. Would the "geniuses" give me a newer model (like the iPhone 5c or IPhone 5s) or the same model.
  • What's a Really Really good case for a iPhone? So I had to get a new iPhone 5 because the lock button broke & I had accidentally dumped coffee on it. So I had purchased a new one & I want to be VERY careful with it. Does anyone know of any really good cases to keep it safe? Price doesn't matter.
  • Is there an iPhone adapter for the newer model to the older model? I recently bought an iPhone 5c and got an ihome for it. The phone got stolen and now I have to downgrade to a 4s but you still want to be able to use the ihome. Is there an adapter for the smaller charger to the newer charger?
