Is the iPhone 6 worth the upgrade?

I have the iPhone 5s with no working Touch ID sensor, I feel like it glitches with the battery, and is a bit small, so it makes it harder to type sometimes. It's in okay condition, scuffs and scratches here and there. But should I upgrade to the iPhone 6? I don't want to buy it from my carrier since the color I've been eyeing is more expensive and only comes with 128GB which I don't need, plus I think I can get a better deal from eBay or Amazon- what do you think?

I would upgrade especially if you like the bigger screen. Be carefull buying used as you need to make sure its not icloud locked.

There are rumours that Apple is gonna release the iPhone 5SE in March so wait for that
