Is the LCD on my iPhone 5c broken?
Its probably your LCD/ Digitizer. The digitizer is what makes the touch screen work, and the LCD is just the display, in most cases they install a new screen LCD and digitizer for around 100 dollers, but you can do it yourself for around 35 by ordering a kit on Ebay/Amazon
I dropped it and now the screen in unresponsive and has white vertical lines running down it on the right hand side. Is this because of the LCD? If i get it replaced will the phone otherwise be fixed?
- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
- My Iphone 2g has grey lines on the lcd screen? I own a very early iphone 2g 8gb, it works perfectly and it does the job as any other iphone 2g does, though what are these grey lines across the LCD? Should i purchase and fit a new LCD?
- Is the lcd and glass frame digitizer sperated in the iphone 4s? I know in the iphone 4 they are glued together, are they glued in the 4s too? So if i was to buy just the touch screen part could i still fix my 4s?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
