Is the Mensa Brain Test legitimate?

I've recently came across the app "Mensa Brain Test" - which I've downloaded and used.
It is an iPhone/Android app that helps to give users a prediction of their IQ scores (https://itunes.apple.com/hk/app/mensa-brain-test/id387692731?mt=8).
However, when I checked their leaderboards, there's hundreds of people who achieved higher than 160, which isn't practically possible.

So, my question is, is it that the application is flawed/inaccurate? Or is the people using it just somewhat "cheated" (by doing the test many times, etc.)?

Note: This application is provided by Mensa, and the questions in it is real, past questions from Mensa. There are many, but limited questions, so it is possible to come across the same questions if you do it many times.

Thanks. (I'll make sure I'll choose a best answer).

No, not at all. 160 is actually a very possible IQ to have. Mine is actually over 160. I swear that's true. But anyway, I had to get a real test to do that. It costs a couple hundred bucks and it has to be administered under certain conditions. It's not really worth it most of the time but I had a reason to get it done. But no, it's not legit. It's just a game, really. IQ tests are a lot more complicated than that. You can't trust those unless you get a real accredited test graded by a professional grader and administered at an accredited site.

  • Where's the cheapest place to get a legitimate lifeproof phone case for my iPhone? I've seen some at places like walmart and best buy, but I was wondering if it might be cheaper to buy it at a phone company like verizon, if I already get a discount on all verizon products? Or is verizon just more expensive anyways?
  • MENSA member, CS degree from Notre Dame - how practical to make a successful iPhone App? So I'm learning Swift hoping to make iPhone apps and I mention my creds to show that the intellectual barriers of programming is not a problem my question is, how successful can you be on the app store? For instance, say I had a moderately good idea for an app and created it - could I expect to make, say 1,000 or 2,000 dollars per month from it? How many people make at least 1000 per month with their app(s)?
  • Legitimate biometric palmistry apps available? Was wanting to check out different biometric apps on my iphone, but they mostly false advertise and say in a tiny disclaimer at the bottom that the scan does not actually do anything, entertainment purposes only, or the best ones say something along the lines of a joke reading sent to you so you and your friends can laugh and post to Facebook! I don't take astrology, tarot, and palm reading that lightly. Any links or recommendations?
  • Is Wholesalefactoryshop.com a legitimate place to buy from? They have super cheap iPhone cases such as Otterboxes and LifeProof cases. Is this a legitimate site? I've never heard of it before, and seeing the low prices, you'd think everyone would be buying from it if it were legitimate.
