Is there a jailbreak for Wi-Fi?
My parents recently shut off my iPhone 5s and I'm wondering if I jailbreak it are there any hacks to pick up Wi-Fi and or data signals without service?
Think about it like this… "I just disconnected the stereo in my car. If I jailbreak it, is there anyway to pick up music stations or make it play CDs without power?" If the phone has no service, you're not going to pick up a data signal. If it's near a Wi-Fi hotspot that you can connect to, you're still able to do that, but nothing that relies on the cellular signal will work. The cellular part of that phone and the Wi-Fi part of that phone are independent and unrelated. 2 different sets of radios, two different frequency bands, they don't have anything to do with one another. So the short answer to your question is no, there isn't any "jailbreak" or "hack" that's going to make your phone pick up signals with it's receivers turned off.
You don't need phone service to use Wi-Fi & no there isn't a jailbreak for that anyway since again its not necessary. As far as data, nothing can be done there unless you get back a carrier network.
No and you don't need it to use Wi-Fi and You must also install Leo Privacy Guard to make your device absolutely secure.
