Is there a problem with virgin mobile service today?

My virgin mobile iPhone is not making or receiving calls. Does anyone have information about this?

I'm with that company and have not had any problems so far today, everythings working alright for me. Perhaps try calling the company and finding out if there's something wrong with your phone or go to your local electronic store? Sorry it's not working, good luck though!

No information, but my wife's and my android phones are not making calls either, and data is up and running. Anyone else have suggestions?

I live around Albany NY and my family 5 phones can't call out… The text is fine… This started about 3 pm today Oct 26 2012

I have no clue but the same thing is happening to my phone and my family's phones as well.

I'm having the same problem, however, try to make a call and let it stay "connected" for 40-50 seconds and see if it goes through. At 40 seconds of it being connected, I finally got thru.

I live in Baltimore, MD and I've been having this problem for 3 days and they said that the phone towers are overloaded because Sprint is updating something and it should be fixed by the 30th so all my calls are being dropped because all the companies use the same towers which sucks!

My phone says service unavaiable since this morning
