You can download three app from the app store which should tell you your minutes, text, data and/or credit. Make sure you turn off Wi-Fi before opening the app as this will use three data to gain all the information.

Yeah, usually the network you are on has an app you can sign into and it tells you exactly that. Search your App Store for your network and that should work.
