Yes? Its the thought that counts remember, but I guess it depends on who you're buying for, if its just a friend then yeah that's tons of stuff! I normally spend between £5-£12ish on even my best friends, so I wouldn't worry.
Even if that's for your mum or someone like that, that's definitely a lot.

I don't know. It depends on the relationship you have with a person. If it is an expensive scarf ($40 - $50 and up) with expensive nail polishes and a phone case then I guess that's fine.
But once again, its a good gift, sounds cute, but depends on your relationship with the person (best friend, friend, etc.)
That is perhaps quite pricey though. If it was for me then I'll actually be pretty delighted tbh because they sound like great birthday gifts to me, i don't know about what everyone else thinks though.
