ITunes issues after going from my iPhone 5 to 6! Any idea how and why?
I never rented Kung Fu Panda, but it is on my purchase history. I checked my bank card statements. I was not billed for it.
I never ordered the U2 album, but it is in my cloud. It is not in my purchase history. I do not know the date, so I can't look on my bank card statements.
I did purchase three ringtones. They all disappeared from my cloud. Only one appears in my purchase history.
I purchased three more (two were re-purchased). They are all in my cloud, but refuse to download.
Does this happen a lot? I have not seen this before.
The U2 album was made available for free to all iTunes accounts.
If you are sure you are logging into the same account with the same Apple ID details you will need to contact iTunes support…
I've seen other complaints about this. They offer free downloads, now and then. Some people think its cool to get something for nothing, but if you don't like it, you may be stuck with the "freebie".
- Why won't iTunes transfer any song or any file to any of my devices? I have unistalled and reinstalled iTunes multiple times. When I go to to transfer a song to iphone, ipad, ipod it just freezes up and doesn't do anything. I'm running the newest version of the program. What do I need to do? Just want to fix it. Thanks. I have waited on the program to transfer just to see if it is slow or what and it took 30 mins and nothing. I can't download software updates also.
- Where can I buy Dx iphone/ipad cases? Any idea? My friend told me that dx products are really cheap and are of good quality but I have no idea where to buy it. I would have asked him but he isn't talking to me anymore… Help…
- My Iphone Pandora app will not rotate to landscape mode now, Any idea how to fix? I have tried to reinstall it I have did the new ios upgrade I made sure portrait lock was not on the music settings, (the native music player works when you rotate it) My last resort is to back up my iphone and reload it, I really don't want to do this, any options that I'm overlooking? It is an Iphone 4s and is now at IOS 6.0

I'm not a developer and I do not have a developer account I can't restore the device as since I did the update the phone won't connect! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
