I found this site.says it can do it and that its reversible i've never jailbroken any phone i've rooted and rommed a few droids so i thought about jailbreaking and unlocking my 4s
No, There's not!
You can only Jailbreak iPhone 4 A4 chip and this is a Tethered jailbreak.
