LocallApstore Jailbroken device problem?
So I've recently jailbroken my iPhone 4 and I went to Cydia to get this source/package named LocallApStore, I was getting stuff great until Puzzles and Dragons app, where it showed me errors, then I tried again, then it kept looping those errors (Not the LocallApStore), so I deleted a file in Puzzles and Dragons then I went to my settings to find that my LocallApStore tab was missing! Without it, I can't turn the In app purchases slide ON so I can't purchase anything from any app. I've tried redownloading the sources and packages with different sources and packages, but still won't show up! If there's a fix, can you tell me please? I'm really desperate.

Remove safe mode substrate and install again. Do not directly reinstall it
- Will my jailbreak on one device transfer to another device via iTunes? So I bought an iPhone 5 today and I'm afraid to sync it to my Apple ID/ iTunes because my 8GB iPod is also synced to that iTunes account and its jailbroken. - How do you stop calls coming from one device coming to your device from iCloud (apple iPhone)? I'm 13 and i don't have a credit card so i use my mums account and since my phone and her phone has the same icloud, her calls come into MY phone and i've tried making a new apple id but it won't work so how can i stop it (i've already logged out on my phone) so how can i stop it?
- Should I repair my jailbroken device or not? My 6.1.3 jailbroken iPhone 5's speakers do not work. The phone is still under warranty, so I can bring it into an Apple store to be fixed. However, I have to re-format my device to factory settings so my warranty is not voided. After Apple fixes the phone, can I downgrade to 6.1.3 to jailbreak again? Or is there another solution to this?
