Locked out of iPhone, says to connect with iTunes but won't let me
My friend locked me out of my phone one too many times now I can't get in it and it says to connect with iTunes. My other friends and I googled how to do this and we thought we knew how but when we try that method it doesn't work! We're super frustrated and I want to get back in my phone lol Please help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Please explain in detail so we can understand how to do this (neither one of us are technology smart.

Added (1). We've tried plugging it in with iTunes and everything but it's still not working!
Plug your ipod into your computer. Then if that still doesn't let you. Backup and restore.
If you have a iTunes account what steps do you need to do?
- What can i do when i'm trying to get into my IPhone but when i turn it on it says Connect to ITunes? I was on my IPhone last night and all of the sudden my phone shuts off. It happens all the time so I didn't think anything of it. It showed the Apple logo but then instead of showing my lock screen and all that it showed this "Connect to ITunes". What do I do? (I have a 3GS)

- My iphone says i'm connected to Wi-Fi but when i try to run something it says i'm not connected? My phone shows signal, it has a check mark by the device but when i try to open an app it says can't find a connection.
- My iPhone is locked and I can't remember the password it only lets me try one password before locking down now it says connect to iTunes? What am I supposed to do? I have connected to iTunes but it says it needs me to answer on my phone and I can't do that
