Looking for a no-contract plan with the same coverage as the big boys?
So I had Boost Mobile and GoSmart for a while, had problems with dropped calls. Not positive if it was the coverage or the phone, really. Now I have an Iphone 4, in good shape, and I went to Verizon for a no-contract deal. They lied to me and are over-charging me, and I want to run, but of course need to run to good coverage. I know there are a whole list of smaller no-contract carriers out there and some are at around $30 or $40 a month. I just don't know their coverage - so can someone out there who has a cheap plan with good coverage shoot me the details?
You're probably looking for Page Plus - they run on the 'native' Verizon network, which is about as big as you'll get for prepaid plans. (They offer roaming for calls/texts but charge extra for it.) I would recommend going through reseller Kitty Wireless - same prices, but better service, in my experience. You can even use your iPhone 4 on Page Plus now. Check out www.kittyforums.net. I used to have their $29 plan which now offers 500mb data/1200 minutes/3000 texts.

I have AT&T right now and use an iPhone 4 alone with 3 others in my family. I'm pleased with AT&T except for how much it's costing. Is the cheap Walmart service good or is it hard to get service and not worth it?
- My mom and i got the same phone and same plan yet her internet loads all the time and mine never does? Two iPhone 7+. Same unlimited data plan. Yet literally no matter where I'm, nothing that uses data loads unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Yet my mom's internet loads no matter where she is. It's even happened that we're in the same place trying to load the same thing and hers loads while mine doesn't. Yes, I have my data turned on. I've made sure all my data settings are identical to my mom's. So i really don't know what could be causing this.
