Lost iPhone and icloud is not active what other method can I use?
My iPhone is missing i don't think no one stole it but i just miss placed it by somebody house but my iCloud account is not active on the phone because I don't really use it for many purposes but I ned to know what other methods can i use to locate it? I have a Mac Book Pro if that helps thanks

I bought a Sprint iPhone 4 off of Craigslist andwhen I took it up to Sprint I found out it was active on the guy who sold it to me, his account. He still owes money for his contract. They told me the only way it would work was for him to pay it off. Is this true? Could I get it jail broken and it work on my Sprint account?
