Making new Apple ID for Iphone4S and itouch?

I have an iphone 4s and an itouch both 64 gb but i'm using my mothers apple id for store purchases and download and all that nonsense but can i make a new id for my iphone and itouch that is seprete but still keeps all my apps and what not? Cause my mom has an ipad and i'm worried if i turn on my imessaging that a copy or text will be sent to my moms ipad as well as my phone and i don't want or need that. I don't think it would just still i wanna be safe and so then i can assign my own card for buying things

  • Why does Apple keep making and release new iPhones every few months? Like why did they make then Iphone 6 just make and release the iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s plus? What is the point of apple doing this doesn't apple not have enough money? It's like if you have windows 7 and you upgrade to windows 8 then they come out with windows 8.1 then a year later they come out with windows 10 like why i already upgraded why do i need to upgrade again?
  • Why can't connect my iphone4s to my new laptop? It keeps charging and uncharging literally every second it keeps vibrating.it works fine with my old lenovo laptop. The new laptop which is an acer v7 doesn't seem to work fine with the iphone. I can't transfer anything in or out of my phone i don't think its the wire cause i changed it already.
  • What's the difference between iTouch 4G and iPhone 4S? Except the calling feature, Siri, and the A5 chip for the 4S, I think both are the same, and both have the same features.Am I right? But the design of the iTouch is way better IMO. Please reply, I'm planning to buy the Samsung Galaxy S3, but I'm confused, so I thought if I get an iTouch, I'd also get a replica device of iPhone 4S.
  • New sprint iphone4s contract upgrade to iPhone 5? I needed a phone for a trip I was taking so I started an new contract intending to get an iPhone 5 but I didn't have enough money at the time, so I got the 4s. Is there anyway I can trade the 4s in for a 5 or do I have to wait for my contract to end?
