Message Send Failure iphone?

If I'm blocked by a user and I try to send that person a message will it show "! Not Delivered" sign? The other user doesn't have an iphone

Why won't my 5c send a message as MMS when it's a long message to a non iPhone user? Whenever I type a LONG message to an SMS user (says Text Message in the messaging "box") my 5c won't convert to MMS and the recipient gets the message in dozens of out of order messages instead of the whole fluid message. I have MMS on in Settings. What can I do and why is it doing this?
What does message send failure mean on iPhone? I sent this person a iMessage and it didn't go through and said "message send failure". I've texted this person before and had no problems but now it's saying this. The person I'm texting also has an iPhone. What does "message send failure" mean? Could it mean that there phone is off?
Sim failure help! Iphone 3gs? My iphone 4 shows sim failure and then invalid sim, what should i do? My iphone 4 was running on ios 5 and when i updated my iphone 4 to ios 6.1.3, i lost my network. I also tried reset network settings but it was useless!
