My battery on my iphone 4s drains really fast?

Since i've had my iphone 4s i've noticed it has very terrible battery life and also it heats up when i play games or watch videos does anyone have any tips or advice on how to deal with this problem? Ps i already have tries turning of 3g and push mail and that to save battery but it does not have an affect

You may have to change the battery for anew one. Check that you turn it off correctly. Or if you are leaving it on or or getting on accidentally.

Since you have already tried out with the measures like turning off exchange push mails, 3g etc.

I would suggest you to use your phone till your phone gets switched off automatically. Let the battery drain out. Then put your mobile on charge till it reaches hundred percent. Don't switch on your device till it reaches 100 percent.

Hope it will workout. If not then the only thing that i suspect is the battery. Try changing the battery and check if the same happens.

  • New iphone battery still drains super fast? I have an iphone 4, as of last weekend the battery life drained like 2% every two to three minutes. I bought a new battery since then but it's doing the same thing. I was wondering if it was the screen that effecting it because it is badly broken. Parts a chipped off, or maybe something inside the phone that's causing it
  • My iphone 4s drains battery really fast? I bought a second hand iphone 4s running ios 7.0.4 n it drains battery really fast. I done everything (auto_brightness off, 3g off and many others) but still not working it drains 1-2% every minute.
  • My iPhone 4S battery drains really fast? So I got my new iPhone like 2-3 weeks ago and it has such a bad battery. It went from 59%-25% in th matter of not even 2 hours and I checked the usage at 1% and it only had about 5 hours 40 minute usage and 19 hours standby. Is there anyway I can fix this?
  • IPhone 5s battery drains fast? - 1 Ok so after the iOS update 7.1.2 which came out about 3-4 weeks ago my battery has been draining at a quicker pace than usual. At first i thought it was just because i hadn't charged it in a day or 2 so I plugged it up and left it to sit for about a day. Still goes doWn about 3-6% every 5 minutes when it usually goes down by that in double the time. I always close out background apps so i know that's not the issue.
