My iphone 4S apps won't download

I have the apple iphone4S with version 6.0.1. I have full Wi-Fi and service but for the past few days I have been trying to download 3 apps, that are stuck on the waiting thing. I've restarted my phone a couple times, singed in and out of itunes, deleted and re-downloaded all the apps more than 10 times, reset my settings and I attempted to back it up but it did not work. I just do not know what to do! What can I do to make them download?

Added (1). I have held down the home and power button simultaneously but all that does is restart it like I have done before. I have restarted the app store too but that also did not work

Double click the home button and something at the bottom should pop up. Hold the apps and wait until they shake, then go find the app store on the bar and click the negative sign. Don't worry this won't delete it, it will just refresh it kind of like you refreshing a browser.

Turn phone off. Press and hold home button and the top lock button until apple logo appears.

Usually I just delete some things off my phone and that helps but not in this case. I called apple support and they werent much help at all. I tried to clear up iCloud a bit to make more room for storage but that didn't work either. I dnt know what else to do I need help please
  • Why do apps download on other devices when I download on my iphone? Okay so for the past few months I've downloaded some apps and I noticed that those same apps download on other devices such as my parents iPhones and iPads. How can I stop that from happening?
