My iphone 4s won't play music videos?
So recently i've received this iphone 4s as a birthday gift with Verizon as the carrier.
Obviously, I downloaded music videos via itunes and they've downloaded into my phone. Though, when I press the video app, the video appears but it has this white glaze over it. If i press it, nothing happens. I've bought over 10 videos and it'd be a waste. When I sync my phone, it says "Title---Artist - can't be played on this iphone." I've asked many apple "geniuses" but they keep just telling me that I need to update my phone. I have the lastest ios 6.1.1 and I don't use quicktime.
Now you wouldn't have this problem on an android.
There are two reasons why it shows up like that.
1. Not enough memory
2. Didn't finish downloading.
To fix the problem either erase some apps or data or redownload the video.
- YouTube videos won't play on iPhone? YouTube videos won't play. It just keeps loading. And also my safari and mail won't work as well. Whenever I go into safari it just flashes out. And when I go to mail it's just frozen and it flashes out after a while. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me how? That would be a great help.
- Why won't YouTube won't play videos on my iPhone? My phone randomly stopped playing YouTube videos. It just shows that it is loading and never play. I have great Wi-Fi connection. Every other app including Netflix runs smoothly. It doesn't work on the app or browser. I cleared the cache on my browser. I reset my phone. My phone and the app are updated completely. I have no idea what to do.
- Why won't songs play good on my iPhone 5 but play normal on iTunes? When I download music and import it to iTunes, They play fine and normal but as soon as i put them on my iPhone they sound scratchy or like if they were getting fast forwarded. I don't think it's my iPhone because I've put songs in it before but this just started happening today. What's the problem, How do i fix this?
- Why won't some videos play on my new iPhone 4s? I've put some videos I took from my old phone onto my iTunes then tried to sync and then wouldn't go on there? Why? And is there anything a can do to change it and make them go on!
