My iPhone 5 3/4G isn't working?

I've had my phone for just over a month and it works perfectly when I have Wi-Fi, I'm with O2 and they offer no help in this category. I can send texts without Wi-Fi or 3G but when I turn on my 3G it doesn't let me use the Internet, it says it's turned on but at the bottom it says

Use mobile data for:
FaceTime
Mail
Passbook
Spotify
I have all these turned on but there's no option to turn the internet on, any advice?

If you do not have a data plan then you can't connect to the 3G/4G. Make sure your cell plan has a data plan.

  • Why isn't Wi-Fi working on my iPhone? 3G works (that's what I'm using now) but Safari or anything else that uses internet won't load when I use Wi-Fi. Why won't it work?
  • Why isn't the 3g on my iPhone working? It just has a E sign, and nothing will work. Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Youtube, etc. I tried restarting it, it still won't work._.
  • Why isn't my iPhone charger working? I have an iPhone and it was working fine but yesterday when I plugged it into my phone it would not charge. So I tried my brother's iPhone charger and it worked. I looked it up online and I think there's a problem with my USB cable and not the wall charger itself. What do I do?
  • Left side of my iphone 4 screen isn't working? Nothing on the left side can be pressed! I did a hard reset (pressing the home and off button) but it didn't work. Then i completely reset it, but there's no difference. I don't have an apple store where i live, how can i fix my phone? Btw, i can still do the *slide to unlock* which is odd, considering that that requires use of the screen's left side
