My iPhone 5 3G isn't working

I just got an iPhone 5C today and the 3G isn't working. It says it's on but won't work.

Because now its "4G " and its cheaper to turn that off:/

Settings -> Cellular -> Enable 4G

or "cellular Data" if thats turned off then so will the 3G and internet

Why isn't Wi-Fi working on my iPhone? 3G works (that's what I'm using now) but Safari or anything else that uses internet won't load when I use Wi-Fi. Why won't it work?
Why isn't the 3g on my iPhone working? It just has a E sign, and nothing will work. Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Youtube, etc. I tried restarting it, it still won't work._.
Why isn't my iPhone charger working? I have an iPhone and it was working fine but yesterday when I plugged it into my phone it would not charge. So I tried my brother's iPhone charger and it worked. I looked it up online and I think there's a problem with my USB cable and not the wall charger itself. What do I do?
Left side of my iphone 4 screen isn't working? Nothing on the left side can be pressed! I did a hard reset (pressing the home and off button) but it didn't work. Then i completely reset it, but there's no difference. I don't have an apple store where i live, how can i fix my phone? Btw, i can still do the *slide to unlock* which is odd, considering that that requires use of the screen's left side
