My iPhone 5 appears as a camera on my Windows 7 laptop?
I can't get it to show everything and it only shows as a camera this happened before with my iPod 4G but i forgot how to do it
1. Plug phone in
2. Go to Device manager >Unversal Serial Bus Con>DELETE Apple Mobile USB driver
3. Uninstall Itunes completely( Don't repair )
4. Unplug Phone and Reinstall ITunes
5. Plug Phone back in and it should show up!

- IPhone 5s freezes all of a sudden and a black screen appears? I just got the 5s but lately it's been freezing all of a sudden and I hold the lock button to turn it off and it goes to a black ( but still turned on ) screen and the apple logo appears and dis appears, and stripe lines appear for a second. I'm really afraid that this is going to happen to my iPhone alot i mean I just bought it like yesterday:< someone help me
