My iphone 5's ringtone won't go off, how do I fix it?
When I get a call, nothing happens. My dad says it goes straight to voicemail, but I don't even see my phone light up and it doesn't say 'missed call' either. It only rings when he tries a lot of times. Same thing with text messages.
I just want some help to see if I can get it fixed before I go to at&t
here is what I tried:
-making sure it isn't switched to vibrate
-closing all other apps
-turning it off and on again (did this a lot of times)
-going into sound setting and making sure it's on
-and last, taking out my sim card and putting it back in
Sounds like it has an active divert.
Go as I'd to set up a divert and remove it
- Why won't the ringtone work on my Iphone 4? I made a Barbie Girl ringtone, dragged it to the Tones file and everything. I changed it from 4ma to 4mr. I synced it all, I synced the ringtone, and synced it again. Then i called the phone and it's still Marimba. WHY.
- My iPhone won't make sound but it will when its a ringtone. How do I fix this? It won't make any sound when i play music or sound through apps (iPod, Facebook, YouTube, Soundcloud etc) but it will whenever a ringtone is being played. This all of course is through the phone's main actual speakers. If someone has had the same problem and knows how to fix this fast it would be dearly appreciated. Thanks Forgot to mention whenever i turn up the volume from the side it says the headphone volume is being turned up even though no headphones are plugged in.
- IPhone 4s ringtone synced and I checked it off, but it still won't play? When someone calls me, my custom ringtone won't go off, even though I check it and it would successfully play when I pressed it. How can I solve this problem?
- If I delete my ringtone converter app will I lose my ringtone? I'm trying to clear space on my iphone and I've sadly had to delete so many of my favorite things. Just trying to figure it out.
