My iPhone 5 won't sync with my computer?
I've had an iPhone 4S for a while, and recently (about a week or so ago) got it upgraded to an iPhone 5S. I've never had any problems with my 4S. When I would plug it into my computer (Windows 8), my computer would read it, iTunes would pop open and I could sync it and do all of the usual stuff.
Now when I plug my phone into the computer, nothing happens. The phone will charge, but iTunes won't open up like it used to. When I try to see if it comes up in iTunes when I manually open it, it doesn't notice there's a phone plugged in. I've searched all over iTunes to try and find a "Sync Phone" option but nothing happens. I want to import my music onto the phone but I don't know how.
Any advice?
I'v kinda had a problem like that too. I plugged my iphone 5s and itunes wouldnt read my phone so i unlocked it and said if i trusted the computer and it worked. Hope i helped.

It was an MP3 and I usually drag it over to the device icon and it turns blue, but this time it didn't turn blue and wouldn't let me sync it. Everything is up to date. When I download music onto my phone it will transfer into my iTunes but I have not been able to re-sync even one song to my phone. How can I fix this? - Songs in itunes won't sync to ipod but will sync to iphone? So i have over a 1000 songs in my itunes library and they will all sync to my iphone no problem. But when i try to sync to my ipad (which has enough memory available) it will not.
