My iPhone 5c deletes contacts on its own?
Do you share accounts with anyone else? Meaning does anyone else use your iCloud? Reason why ask is that the iPhone simply does not deletes contact. What's most likely happening is someone is in your contact list either because you gave someone your iCloud account or is going into the iCloud website and removing those contacts.
The most simple fix would be to change your Apple ID password.
Change your Apple ID password and this should stop. If it doesn't and no one else has access to your iCloud account, contact Apple. They're very helpful there and should be able to help you resolve this once and for all.
- What deletes when you sync an iPhone to a new computer? I got my iPhone last year and had it synced to my laptop, however after a problem with the software everything was wiped from my laptop and new software was installed. I tried resyncing my phone and it says that it is already synced with another computer. I don't mind having to put all my songs back on as it is quite easy for me to do so, I was wondering what else deletes when you sync an iPhone to a new computer, for instance contacts, messages, photos, etc?
- Teensafe? Does it work if he deletes the message? I want to install teensafe iphone monitoring software on my sons iphone and have two questions. I understand it works by getting the info from my child's iphone backup to iCloud but does that mean if he deletes the message before the backup, I will not be able to see it? And how much does it cost because the prices don't seem apparent…
- My iphone photo app crashes and deletes all of my pictures? I got them back because when I reopened the app, it said "restoring…" and after 10 seconds they were all back, but why did this happen? I have IOS 7
- My iPhone 5 deletes the rest of the songs I have when I add more? Every time I add more songs to my iPhone 5 it deletes the ones I have and load the one I uploaded. Why does it do that? Or what can I do to stop doing that?
