My iPhone 5c won't connect to iTunes?
My phone recently stopped working (it has vertical lines and the screen is unresponsive, so I can't manually restore it to factory settings) and my phone won't connect to itunes. My phone is charging, but it's not showing that it's connected. What do I do?
Bad Charger. Don't use Apple's chargers. You need to buy one at Walmart or some local store. Not Amazon or eBay either.

So you have to go into iTunes, with your phone connected, and click on the icon in the upper left corner, click on Preferences, and something will pop up. Click on Devices. Click on the Backup you want to delete (it will be the name of your phone) and then click Delete Backup. Then connect your iPhone again and it will start creating a new backup. Then everything should be fine!
