My iphone won't turn on past the apple logo. What can I do? '? This morning i woke up and my phone displayed something on it stating I needed to upgrade my software to the iOs6. I turned my phone off and didn't upgrade it because I was in a rush. Now my phone won't turn on past the silver apple logo. Additional info: Its an Iphone 4 16GB

My iPhone has a black screen with the white apple logo and won't turn on? It goes from a completely black screen to a screen with the apple logo and then back to a completely black screen in about 10 seconds.
