My iphone 6 restarts almost everytime i open my snapchat. How do i fix this?
So when i try to get on snapchat and reply to people my phone freezes and it dies and turns back on. And this has been happening since the update iOS 10.2
Basically, the application freezes your phone, below 0 degrees kelvin. To solve this warm up your phone prior to opening the app. This tell the phone not to freeze. Your battery might have an issue. Mine did, and I had to get a new battery at the Apple Store. Make sure you've updated Snapchat, and maybe try opening it when you don't have any other apps running in the background. If that doesn't help, I'd definitely make an appointment at the Apple Store just to get it checked out, even if you don't end up getting a new battery (they run about $100).

- Why can't I open my snaps on Snapchat? I've tried reinstalling the app but I got the same problem. My friends send me snaps all the time and I never seen them there. Any help?
