My iPhone 7 Plus won't hard reset?
I own an iPhone 7 Plus and I forgot my passcode and i try the method of pressing the wake/sleep and volume rockers at the same time but it doesn't work. What should i do?

For example, i opted for the no preview text message and it started to show the previews. And my tones changed. How can I fix this? I have done this before and it never changed my settings.
