My iphone got stolen i don't know what to do next?

So this happened june, my phone got stolen and i suspected who stole it because this person kept asking me questions about my phone if i ever found it, i should give up looking for it, etc… So i confronted this person even though i have no evidence that she stole it. She said she didn't and kept crying, and couldnt believe i confronted her because we were friends for a very long time.since i had no evidence i gave up and just left the topic. Then in the middle of summer when i was on vacation i checked on my other phone which is an iphone and clicked photo stream, all the photos she took on the phone she stole all came up on my other phone, and now i have definate proof she stole my phone. Because you know photostream is only connected to all your apple products. So when school started i was going to confront her again to the prinicpal and counselor, i showed the pictures to a bunch of people on the first day of school, and i talked to the principal but he didn't ask to see the photos he just told me to write a note. So then after school ended my friend called a cab for me to go home. (don't judge. I don't usually take cabs.) After i got home like 2 hours later i was looking for the phone that had all my evidence on it. I COULDNT FIND IT. I have no idea what to do now i feel for sure its somewhere in my house but i don't know. I never took my phone out of my pocket from the cab ride, and i definitely feel like i never lost it at school but now i have no idea. The prinicpal and counselor want to see the pictures by tommorow and the girl who stole my phone still denies that she stole my phone, and all she said was " we'll talk when you print out those pictures" i'm so sad mad ugh i don't know all these emotions flowing through me i don't know what to do. I lost the only piece of evidence i have and i need you guys to give me ideas what should i do. Is there something online that can help me view my camera roll or photostream online? I just am so depressed i want to kill myself, please help guys?

Call cops

Go talk to her parents in private don't tell her you are and go to apple they can retrieve the pictures for you.

  • My nephew got a message on his iPhone that we don't know what it means? My nephew was updating his iPhone to IOS6 at his friends house. A little while later he received a message on his phone that says: "Phone number added to "noahs ipod". "noahs ipod" is now using =1. ### (nephew's phone number) for iMessage". Can anyone tell me what that really means? And how do we get rid of that?
  • My iPhone got stolen. How do I know if the thief managed to reactivate the unit? I still check through "Find My iPhone" app if the thief has managed to hack my iCloud account and reactivated the phone. But I'm not sure how accurate it is. It still says, "Erase Pending: Your iPhone will be erased when it connects to the Internet." The phone still remains in 'offline' mode and it still hasn't been removed from my account. Another question: "Did it help that I right away changed all of my passwords in all of my accounts?"
  • My iphone got stolen and i need to know a few things First off, I was told that you could call apple and they could completely turn off your phone so nobody could use it(as it in its features like camera, notes, etc.) Is this true and how do i do it? I already disconnected the service from my phone company. Second, is there anyway to bypass a lock code without restoring? This is why I want to turn off my iphone so they can't restore it.
