I had the same problem before i found out that the problem was with USB cable try charging with another cable
It sounds like the seller hosed you if this is your first time charging. Never buy from ebay unless the seller has alot of feedback already.
Go to the pawn shop and try every charger. If it still doesn't work contact ebay.
You should complain it to the ebay.
