My iPhone is locked what do I do?
My friends iPhone is locked in lock screen. And the slider to unlock it says " slide for emergency " and if I slide it a keypad appears for an emergency call. And the background is a picture of a charger and the iTunes symbol so what can I do to unlock it. By the way it's black and it looks like an older version, curved bottom very thick, heavy iPhone.
Hook it up to iTunes.
Turn it off and on again, unplug it from charger too.
If it carries on, take it to the network provider or apple store and get it fixed. Might just need new software update in which case you plug your phone in to a laptop or computer and download the software onto the phone- free of charge.
Put an AT&T SIM card inside.
It's a 3G.

- How to reboot an iPhone that's locked and has Find my iPhone mode turned on? I found an iPhone, and I want to reboot it. But I can't quite do that at the moment because "Find my iPhone" is on. And it says I need to turn it off before it can be rebooted. But since I found the phone… I don't know the password, so I'm not able to access anything. - How much should a icloud locked iPhone should be at least be selled at? It's a Iphone 6s plus? So I bought a Iphone today from this guy and when I end up resetting it, it was locked. And the dude said he can't do anything cause he didn't know and i don't know what to do with it. I read mostly everywhere you can't do anything with a locked phone and it's pretty much useless. Unless I find a way to unlock it.
- Forgot iPhone UserID & Password. IPhone is locked My friend restored his iPhone, when it turned on it asks for ID and password. He forgot both the ID and Password. (no point of resetting the credentials) He has the bill of purchase and the box, so would Apple Center unlock his device? (I read on internet that they won't unlock the device even if we have bill of purchase as a proof, Is this true? )
