My iPhone screen is really messed up?
Ok so earlier today my iPhone 5S started acting really weird. At the top where it has the battery and the Wi-Fi symbol, it would just cut it in half and half the bottom of the screen where the names of the apps are and stuff, that would have a lot of space underneath it. And same fore the bottom, it would cut it off and leave lots of space at the top. Why is it doing this? And also the keyboard is being slow too. I type fast and it misses letters now. Its never done this before, so why is it doing it now? I just updated my phone to see if that would help, but it did nothing. Its really annoying and if you know any way to fix it, please let me know because I'm sick of it already. Thank you.
Added (1). Also, i just found out that its making my screen very laggy.
Added (2). another update, oops. But anyways its so messed up i can hardly type now, its so slow and i have to push the letter like 5 times for it to work. I'm really pissed because its so slow and i can't do anything
So you've turned it off and on? Has it been dropped onto concrete or water because it sounds like some physical damage to me.
You may have to see apple about it even if the phone hasn't suffered physical damage - something has gone wrong with the hardware.

- My iphone screen colors are messed up? I dropped it this afternoon and when I unlocked the screen, the colors on the screen looked like they were inverted. I checked the settings to see if the phone had changed itself, but the inversion color setting is off. Will the colors of the screen eventually go back to normal or do I need to take it in to the apple store? Also if I take it in, will they give me a new phone or will I have to buy another one

Like how can i take off all of the photos that i don't want that my computer has put onto my phone
