Have you tried turning it off and waiting for a minute or two before turning it on and trying again?
Seems like a software glitch. Do a soft reset and your phone will be alright. Just hold the power and home button for 30 seconds or so and your phone will turn off and restart.
Thank you so much GLX My iphone is back to normal. All I did was Hold the power and home button at the same time until it restarted.
