My iphone won't turn off
Okay so I keep trying to turn it off I have an iPhone 4s I keep trying to hold the power botton and it doesn't do anything and then I went on the internet and it says to hold the home bottom and the power botton but when I do Siri is all it comes up please help me
Make certain that you press both buttons at the same time until it powers off then powers back on
