My jailbroken iphone 4 keeps crashing into safemode?

I jailbroke my phone about a week ago and it lost all of the tweaks so I restarted cydia substrate and then restarted substrate safe mode. After I restarted substrate safe mode it crashes into safe mode so then I restarted it only to find it crashed into safe mode again. Eery time i restart it crashes into safe mode. When i reboot my phone manually it goes back to normal but without my tweaks. How do i get my tweaks back

Actually that Cydia sucks! (In my opinion) The same thing happened to me and I "somehow" fixed it by clicking some random buttons. I don't think you can uninstall Cydia but once you reboot your phone, you can't get back those tweaks. If you try to open Cydia and install some tweaks, then that safe mode thing will come back again. I hated Cydia ever since.

You can't.

You destroyed them all when you chose to JailBreak your iPhone using an outdated Cydia App.
