reset it to the factory settings and don't fiddle with it

  • My jailbroken iphone 4 keeps crashing into safemode? I jailbroke my phone about a week ago and it lost all of the tweaks so I restarted cydia substrate and then restarted substrate safe mode. After I restarted substrate safe mode it crashes into safe mode so then I restarted it only to find it crashed into safe mode again. Eery time i restart it crashes into safe mode. When i reboot my phone manually it goes back to normal but without my tweaks. How do i get my tweaks back
