My minus button on my iPhone is stuck?
I got my iPhone in June 2012 and it works fine and everything but in the beginning of winter i was running outside in the cold and I tried to turn down my music and it was jammed… I tried pressing it hard and it worked but then when I got home ot was totally jammed, I still haven't gotten it fixed… I went to apple last weekend and they told me they will replace my phone… But I was just wondering like why did this happen and is there a way I can fix it on my own? I've tried using those air blower things to get dust out but that doesn't work either… I just didn't expect this with a fairly new phone. What do you think?
Stick one end of a piece of duct tape on the button and try to pull it out.
- Power button on my iphone 4 is stuck. How can I turn it on? So the power button broke a while back and I've just left it on, but I found it turned off on my bed earlier. How can I turn it on? Warranty is over so give me anything. (Plugging it in gets no response)
- Button to turn off my iPhone 4 is like stuck I got my apple iPhone 4 about a month and a half ago. I have a cover for it but I'm very careful with it. I haven't dropped it or slammed it or anything. It's still in good condition but for some reason the button on the top to turn off the screan and power it off is stuck. Has this happened to anyone else?
- Stuck iPhone 4 lock button! Stuck/Stripped screws Okay so, I've had this stupid panda case on my phone and it jammed my lock button. It still works if you push super hard from the side, but no clicking sound. I saw how to fix it by opening my phone up but the screws won't come out no matter what! I tried a screwdriver alone, with duct tape, rubber band, double sided tape, everything! I don't have a warranty on my phone, and I'm looking for a super inexpensive (>$5) way to fix it, any ideas?
- Power button on iPhone 4s stuck down? My iPhone power button is suddenly stuck in the down position and I can barely even get it to work even when pressing down really hard. It is a Verizon phone, I've only had it for 6 months and i have insurance on it. If I take it to Verizon will they just replace it if they can't fix it or will they tell me to take it to an apple store?
